Solution architecture:
ProPIS modules are developed based on the client/server architecture, which optimally supports the operations of companies of your type. The software solution was developed using the programming language and database MS SQL server 2000, which is undoubtedly the database with the most favourable cost-benefit ratio and fully supports even the greatest demand for data warehouses and OLAP analytical solutions. The client supports the following operating systems on work stations: MS Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows Me, Windows NT, Windows XP. The server supports the following operating systems: MS Windows NT and Windows 2000.
ProTrgo (trade operations) uses three-level architecture and WebServices. It is written in C#, on the .NET platform, using .NET Framework 1.1. It operates on Windows 2000 or Windows XP work stations, provided that .NET Framework is installed. The server part functions on Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 using MS SQL 2000 or later and IIS (Internet Information Server) for the use of WebServices.
AP_Pocket is the application for "field sales", created in the C#.Net programming environment. Data is exported and imported by a web service and recorded in xml format. Data export is provided from the ProPIS data warehouse, while the application is not limited to it.
The application supports the Windows Mobile 2003 .NET operating system on work stations and Pocket PC palmtops of the new generation. Web service supports all operating systems which support Internet Information Services v5.1 or later, namely: MS Windows 2000, MS Windows XP, and MS Windows 2003 Server.
